New Build Quantity Surveyor

Current projects: are £1.3m x2 (400m2) detached homes, £800k x4 (90m2) homes and pending 14 units at £1.8m.

Required:
- Experience working for RICS
- Able to manage multiple projects and report back
- Responsibility to manage project costs, interim valuations, overall project estimating and planning, subcontract and material procurement.
- Help integrate cost and value information into Asta Powerproject with the MD (only simple knowledge of Asta required.)
- We have licences with NBS and Vector, although other platforms would be considered.
- 2/3 days a week work to start
- Top performer in the UK for designing & building net-zero high quality homes
Candidate should:
- Enjoy very challenging design briefs
- Be ambitious & flexible
- Want to work in a small company that is growing rapidly

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Brighton based or working from home via Zoom
