This company is a leading independent provider of behavioural care in the UK. They have two divisions, which together support the needs of over 25,000 people every year. The divisions are:

* Healthcare
* Adult Care Services

They currently treat more than 70 different conditions through a nationwide network of over 300 facilities that support individuals' health, care, and specialised needs.

This role will fall within the Adult Care Services, covering their South East region. The successful candidate will be allowed to work from home, with no required office travel, only travel to required sites in the allocated region. They will be in charge of managing capital works programmes ranging in £5k - £1m in value, which will encompass refurbishment, extension, and some small new build works. This role would suit someone that is used to travelling for their role and happy to be working on their own.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, which will include design, management and delivery of the capital works programme, management and supervision of refurbishment and development projects, monitoring and setting the divisional budgets. You will also be tasked with compliance with safety and quality checks, providing surveying and property management support to the CEO, Managing Directors & Operational staff for the division.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a minimum qualification of HNC BTEC in building, electrical, mechanical, or building services, ideally a membership of recognised body / trade qualification or experience within the industry (RICS or equivalent), project management qualification or significant experience, a good understanding of facilities maintenance, and contract management . You will need to have the ability to produce reports using software packages, in particular Microsoft Office, the ability to deliver presentations (experience desirable), statutory responsibilities within building management and ideally experience within the Building/Facilities/ maintenance industry (healthcare setting preferable).

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £50k, a car allowance of up to £5k, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a pension - other benefits will be subject to passing the probationary period.
