Are you seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced team, providing administrative support for a variety of projects? If so this full time, ongoing role could be ideal.

You will undertake a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Project Management Office, supporting key projects across the University, acting as a central information point for the team.

What will you be responsible for?

Supporting the Project Managers in managing Project documentation through the project life cycle
Planning and organising events, servicing meetings, steering groups and committees
Research and coordinate information from a range of internal and external sources to provide input to project plans and business cases
Making logistical arrangements for visitors, including accommodation, directions, car parking and transport
What qualifications, skills and experience will you bring?

Educated to A level standard or equivalent plus GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
Relevant administrative experience, ideally within a programme and project management environment
Experience in handling complex processes, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes
Excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office and web based programmes
