Located in Croydon, Our client is one of Britain's leading providers of geographic information systems (GIS) and services to UK local authorities

About the role

* Working on assigned service desk cases/tickets, generated via phone, emails and remote sessions, for our external customers
* Helpdesk Support on all companies products - increasing knowledge from basic to advanced leve
* Undertake Implementation and consultancy work
* Training customers on GGP products in due course
* System integration with third party applications

About you

* Degree educated in preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering, with GIS knowledge
* Software Application Support experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience
* Excellent writing skills (in English), with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and work to deadlines
