Building Technician | CAD Operator
Your new company Hays have been appointed to work on an exclusive opportunity for an NHS Division who are seeking a Building Technician to work at their site in Brighton.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be part of the Capital Projects team, assisting and providing support to property and space management within the Trust, working with the Head of Capital development, assisting in the management of all CAD work.

What you'll need to succeed

* Higher National Certificate or Diploma or NVQ Level 4 in a relevant building, engineering or design subject.
* Experience of working as a CAD Operator or in a similar design practice.
* Experience of working in an architectural background, surveying buildings, producing drawings, designs & technical details.
* Specialist knowledge and experience of AutoCAD design product software or similar.
