We have an exciting opportunity within our clients Central Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Eastbourne for a reliable and friendly Team Leader to join their experienced team who between them have more than 100 years of industry knowledge with our business.

About the role

* You will be responsible for leading a team of between 5 and 10 to provide an efficient and accurate service for our web customers
* Working with the shift manager you will help to design a rota and delegate daily tasks to the team and deal with all the administration of orders
* Efficiently and accurately picking and packing product
* Operate the fork lift truck to store stock safely (training will be given)
* Providing support to colleagues by covering other roles and responsibilities as required

About you

* Have a meticulous approach to their work with an excellent eye for detail
* Be work focused with strong organisational skills
* Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to their duties and enjoy working as part of a team
* Previous leadership experience
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift truck license is desirable for this role
