Barker Munro recruitment are working with this fantastic organisation who are currently looking to fill a 6-9 month contract position for an Administrator/Secretary.

The position will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the business and its senior management and will provide an efficient and high-quality service to external clients in their first contact with the business.

As the Administrator/Secretary, you will be tasked with answering incoming telephone calls, postal duties, scanning documents, greeting and assisting guests who arrive at the office whilst also working as a PA for the Chairman and other Directors as required. You will carry out typing duties for director and senior members of staff. You will also be tasked with managing a document suite of non-automated documents, assist in Document projects as required and assist in the management and production of the Reporting suite. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to conduct and produce Quality Audits where required and support the business in other areas when required.

To be considered for this contract position you'll be able to demonstrate excellent Communication skills alongside an ability to multi task and work under pressure and to deadlines when required, without supervision, within a busy office environment. Solid understanding of Microsoft products including word, excel, and outlook are also an essential part of your skillset.
