Permanent - 35 Hours per Week



My client is seeking an International Network Manager to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.



You will be responsible for all aspects of communications, team-working and ongoing activities to support the cross-border giving capabilities of the organisation. You will also represent the network at internal and external meetings.



Duties include:

* Running International Network Conferences and other activities as required
* Managing and updating the network knowledge sharing platforms
* Coordinating meetings and collaborative activities
* Managing all International memberships ensuring appropriate participation in all key activities
* Monitoring and measuring the impact of memberships
* Scouting new opportunities for membership
* Pitching new speakers to key events and activities
* Providing materials, writing content, and designing new presentations
* Working closely with Marketing and Events to deliver conferences and briefings
* Connecting international partners on new pitches, media campaigns and other activities



The successful candidate will have:

* Experience of successfully coordinating projects and activities across different teams
* The ability to manage external relationships successfully
* Evidence of supporting senior leaders at events, speeches, and other activities
* Previous experience/ examples of delivering excellent briefs and research papers against challenging objectives
* Previous examples of working internationally - advantageous
* Strong Influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Strong MS Office ability
