We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead and strengthen our product team at a pivotal time of CAF’s transformation and international expansion.

The Head of Product will lead a team of product managers with a focus on enhancing CAF group customer offering in the charitable giving and charity financial services space, in the UK and across borders. You will be a key driver of the group’s vision to provide a “Global Digital Platform for giving, connecting people to accelerate social progress.”
You will manage a team of 11 and lead them to create an audience centred product strategy for CAF. Together you will redefine and oversee CAF’s product management processes, roadmap and governance. Driving Innovation, while ensuring CAF adheres to risk, regulatory and compliance standards for the donation and charity banking market.

This role is inherently cross-functional, and requires you to operate easily in a matrix environment and collaborate with other divisions to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will have experience of managing budgets and will be responsible for selecting and managing third-party product partners.

We are ideally looking for someone with
• Comprehensive leadership and management experience
• Track record of leading, developing and managing product strategy in financial services, payments or charitable donations space.
• Strong understanding of digital landscape and how evolving market relates to the FS, payments and/or charitable donations sector.
• Comprehensive experience and knowledge of risk and compliance
