Are you committed to providing safe and sustainable homes both now and in the future? We are. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to work with us at a corporate level and to focus on driving forward our asset management service. 

You’ll be responsible for leading, reviewing and delivering the Asset Management Strategy as well as championing best practice in building safety, quality design, environmental and community sustainability. This is a key role advising the Executive Team and the Boards of mhs homes and its registered provider subsidiary, Heart of Medway Housing Association on all areas of strategic asset management.  

You’ll also be an ambassador for #teammhs, representing the organisation at networks, strategic meetings with other partner agencies, public organisations, regulators and funders. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you’ll have the ability to maintain a focus on the strategic big picture as well as detail of project delivery, quality assurance and compliance.

Over the next three years you’ll be responsible for budgets of over £56 million to help you deliver the asset management strategy. You’ll also have a talented team of dedicated asset professionals who will work with you to make everything happen.
