Lawson House is a wonderfully warm and welcoming Extra Care Scheme, situated in the heart of Larkfield, Martin Square.

Lawson House is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer with experience in the social housing sector to cover all key areas of housing management in this small 74 apartment building, supporting our residents by providing a range of services to support their independence and well- being, letting void properties and working with external partners such as police, social services etc.

There is very little travelling as all units are in one location and you have an excellent small support team on site also who you will manage.

You will demonstrate a sound understanding of housing management issues, have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Rapport Housing and Care offers Supported, Residential and Nursing Care to older people with physical frailty and Dementia across Kent.
