West Sussex practice seeks Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to oversee existing caseload of Conveyancing & Commercial Property matters. You will be taking over from a retiring Partner dealing with sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, business leases and land sales. Any experience with Licensing, Development work or general commercial work would be an advantage. Generous salary, Partnership prospects and some working flexibility (TBC).
