Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 per annum

Hours: Mondays - Friday 37.5 hours per week



We are seeking a Sales, Marketing and Admin Assistant to join the team at Bore Place, a non-profit organisation committed to a world where people and nature work together to regenerate the planet and ourselves. Situated on a 500-acre organic farm estate in West Kent we offer a unique venue with sustainability at its heart. The organisation is home to a charity delivering programmes for young people, public and private events and courses, holiday cottages, as well as a home for complementary rural businesses



The purpose of this role is to help increase the revenue associated with all venue bookings by being the first point of contact for all sales enquiries as well as offering marketing support, including social media management, and other general admin to ensure the smooth running of Bore Place.



We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work efficiently. A can-do attitude and high standards are essential as is a good writing ability. We are looking for a friendly team player who will embrace the Bore Place ethos and deliver excellent customer service.



Responsibilities will include responding to sales enquiries where you can and triaging to appropriate members of the team, showing prospective and existing clients around the site, making client bookings, marketing activities to include website maintenance, social media planning and posting, blog writing and maintenance of a photo library, general admin support including updating of the calendar, inputting into the booking system, ordering of stationery and other admin functions that assist the smooth running of the organisation.
