In order to achieve our goal we are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, passionate and dedicated development professionals to join us on our journey.



We're currently looking for an exceptional Senior Commercial Manager to play a key role in the senior commercial team, delivering Commercial Management, Risk Management and Dispute Management to the Asset/Housing team. Collaborating with the Asset/Housing and Legal/Expert teams, you'll establish yourself as a key operational resource, leading and advising on overall contractual matters, Dispute Management and strategy around these issues.



Other responsibilities will include: -



* Co-ordinating and writing all necessary contractual Group responses in relation to the schemes that you will be involved in, in collaboration with the expert/legal team
* Providing regular monitoring and reporting of progress to the Fire Steering Group
* Treating internal client relationships as the most valuable asset



In order to be successful in this role, you'll already be an experienced quantity surveyor or commercial manager from a professional practice, developer or contractor background, and familiar with residential and mixed use development schemes. We're looking for someone with Contractual expertise (in preparing, interpreting, negotiating and reviewing scheme documents and legal agreements), a sound knowledge of Development appraisals and a detailed understanding of the commercial issues and risks/benefits associated with construction procurement. Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and the ability to work with others to define mutual priorities are also essential for the role.
