East Sussex practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners or Property Lawyers to take over an existing caseload. You will be dealing with a high volume residential sales/purchases, remortgages, shared ownerships and equity transfers. Any experience with RTBs, plot sales/new builds or residential lease extensions is an advantage. Paralegals, Fee Earners, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and qualified Solicitors will all be considered. This role offers some home working and a generous bonus scheme.
