We're looking to appoint an experienced and capable Change Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an effective change management approach across the business. The role will involve supporting the delivery of change and embedding it across Clarion, in partnership with the business. You'll excel in taking colleagues on the 'change journey' through clear and engaging messaging so that everyone is aware of the need for change and their role in making it successful.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you'll work with programme leads to identify requirements, assess impact and ensure business readiness.You'll be responsible for designing and planning change management interventions to successfully develop, deliver and embed projects and programmes.We'll expect you to complete Impact Assessments at each stage and help to keep activities on track and aligned to the original requirements.

You'll need to display excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders as we'll look to you to establish, coach and develop a network of 'change agents' across the business who can be mobilised to support business change programmes

Other responsibilities include:

* Lead and manage stakeholder engagement and communications, and coordinate business readiness activities
* Monitor the impact and adoption of changes post-implementation for a specified time
* Conduct lessons learned reviews after implementation and ensure these help to improve future working

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a relevant Change Management qualification and a demonstrable experience of managing, implementing facilitating, and monitoring change on transformational change programmes in a complex organisation.

To be successful, you'll need a sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and be confident in your advice on the business and shape plans.
