About the role: Leigh Academies Trust has a fantastic opportunity to appoint an HR Administrator (Apprentice) who will join our highly efficient HR Shared Services Department based in Strood, Kent. The purpose of this role is to undertake all generalist HR Administration activities associated with the fully-centralised HR service that we offer all LAT academies, and our successful candidate will have fantastic exposure to a variety of HR issues and processes.

The position is ideal for someone at the start of their career, potentially already with some admin experience, who is passionate about Human Resources and the value it adds to an organisation. You'll be joining a large and well established HR Team who will support you to thrive in this role. You'll receive fantastic professional development opportunities and will work towards gaining a nationally-recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification, delivered by LAT Apprenticeships. Apprenticeship Summary
Annual wage: £10,000 per annum
Working weeks: Monday - Friday throughout the full year
Total hours per week : 37 hours per week (including the 20% training element of the Apprenticeship Programme)
Holiday Allowance: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months
Programme delivery type: All modules are delivered as online learning which can be completed at your place of work
Start date: September 2020
Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2020, our Trust will comprise 28 geographically organised academies (11 secondaries, 15 primaries and 2 special) educating over 16,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff.
