Brompton Academy

Brompton Academy, part of the University of Kent Academies Trust, is seeking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to the role of HLTA. This role will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities, monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on student progress. This role is for 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

HLTAs at Brompton Academy directly deliver student intervention strategies and programmes to specified classes, groups and individual students, in order to raise attainment and achievement across the academy; and raise the motivation and self-esteem of students by helping them to access the curriculum.
