Experienced Supported Employment Practitioner

We are recruiting for an Experienced Supported Employment Practitioner to join us in the role of Associate Project Lead, working across both our Medway and Swale projects.

Permanent role, working between 30-37 hours per week
Starting salary: £22-24K per annum, pro rata + generous 25 days paid annual leave and 8 bank holidays, pro rata

About the role:
We are seeking a resilient, trusted individual with strong communication skills and previous experience working as a Supported Employment Practitioner - ideally with line management skills. You will join a busy and committed supported employment/internships team where your people skills will make a vital difference. You will support the Project Leads in the day to day management and coordination of the programme, which includes: supporting and mentoring the Work Coach team, quality monitoring, setting up placements for young people age 17-24 yrs, supervisions, training.
Someone with the skills to problem solve in a confident and calm manner, relieve the pressure by taking the initiative and who likes to work with many different people will thrive in this role.
