Clarion Housing Group has recently implemented a large scale business transformation enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday. We are now establishing an exciting new "Business Solutions Centre" to provide the capability to support future enhancements and innovation. The Business Solution Centre will house the teams that will work with the business to gather requirements and design, build, test and deploy the solutions.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solution Architect to join the Business Solutions Centre with significant functional and technical experience of D365 Finance & Operations.

You'll be responsible for the design and improvement of applications & provide support and guidance to the Business Process Design and Improvement Team to ensure that proposed changes to process align with solution design principles.

You'll act as act as a Subject Matter Expert for the D365solution, providing senior stakeholders with clear options and recommendations for significant solution decisions, alongside working with internal and external teams to ensure the ongoing delivery of a best practice solution design that meets business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll also need:

* In-depth experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ideally CE. (Workday also an advantage).
* Experience of managing a solution governance and change request process

* Basic knowledge of X++
* Experience of Architecture development frameworks e.g. TOGAF 9.1

* Knowledge and experience of the UK social housing sector is desirable

* Line management experience of experienced teams
