Full time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Location : This position will be based in Medway at the Trust Central offices at New Horizons Children’s Academy.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Digital Communications Coordinator to join our forward thinking, large Multi Academy Trust !

The Thinking Schools Academy Trust is a successful family of schools that work together to improve the life chances of all its children and young people. Our Trust currently consists of 17 schools, 12 primary and 5 Secondary, based across the Portsmouth, Deal and Medway areas. The Trust was nominated for the TES Employer of the Year award in 2018, and is in the top 10 Multi-Academy Trusts in the country for GCSE performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting time for our Central and Marketing team as we continue to grow our Thinking Creative brand and work with both our schools but also other local schools and businesses.

What you will need to succeed:

o Work closely with the CEO to actively promote the Trust Vision and Values
o Support Marketing Team with the in creation and management of content on the Trust website and social media.
o Excellent communication skills
o Able to work quickly and efficiently in order to reach the best outcomes at all times
o The ability to be versatile and resilient in challenging situations
o Able to maintain confidentiality inside and outside of the workplace
o Full driving licence
o The ability to occasionally travel to Portsmouth
