Support Workers needed in Ashford for various shift requirements

We are currently looking for dedicated support workers in the Ashford area looking for temporary work, to join us and support individuals who may have learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental illness's and dementia.

We are able to offer flexibility in terms of working hours, that suit you. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we want to hear from you.

Your new role

As a support worker you will be assisting vulnerable individuals with personal and practical care, medications, daily activities, trips out, socialising, accessing the community, and leading a more fulfilled and independent life. In order to be successful, you should be passionate about providing a high level of care, dedicated to your role as a support worker and have the ability to offer kindness and compassion.

What you'll need to succeed

It would be ideal if you held an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, however, this is not essential. We do ask that you have recent and relevant experience as a support worker. It is not essential to hold a driving license, however this is preferable.
