My client is a Medway based Services organisation, now looking to recruit a FP&A accountant to their team. Joining at an exciting time for the business during a period of rapid growth, you will be responsible for providing high quality analysis and insight on the financial and business performance.  This role has responsibility for the monthly management accounting production and takes a lead with the quarterly forecasting process and annual business planning.

Responsibilities:
Provide financial reporting, data modelling, profitability and variance analysis
Consolidate the monthly results and act as a liaison between internal teams, presenting results in a clear and concise way
Lead month end close reviews, ensuring variances to plan / forecast are understood
Analysis and report on financial data, refining any processes and reporting tools
Support the FD with annual business planning process and quarterly forecasts
Ensure KPIs are clearly communicated and reported across the business to be used to judge critical business decisions

Applications are sought from qualified individuals, who perhaps have held a more traditional management accountant role in the past, but now would like to focus more on the reporting, insight and analysis side.
