Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is a unique Christian charity using aircraft to deliver help and hope across the developing world. MAF transports patients, relief workers, produce, medical supplies and Christian workers in the world’s remotest regions and places of deepest human need – places where flying is not a luxury but a lifeline. We operate in over 30 countries with over 130 planes.
Being a global organisation, sometimes working in very remote locations, our IT services are core to our ability to function safely and effectively. IT covers a wide portfolio from software development, IT infrastructure and end user support and we are now looking for an Office Administrator to help and support our IT team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assisting the IT department by helping produce quality documentation. Along with facilitating processes, you will work with data to produce and publish reports. You will also assist with the completion of projects by supporting project managers.
Applications are invited from candidates with experience in office administration, proficient with Microsoft Office products and good command of the English language. You will be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will be an individual with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of overseeing process database entry. Assisting in the management of all IT administrative functions, you will be adept at maintaining records.

In this role, you will liaise with members of the IT team in collecting and delivering information to help the smooth running of the department along with improving service to end users. You will also work closely with the International IT Manager in preparing for meetings
