Starting Salary £26,736 per annum, with opportunity for progression to £30,480

We are looking for a customer focused and self-motivated team player with experience of supporting, configuring and fixing ICT issues to join the EK Services ICT team as an ICT Support Engineer. This is a multi-location role working between clients at Dover, Canterbury and Margate. You will be working in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere alongside a supportive and close team.

The successful candidate will log, troubleshoot and resolve calls.. You will also provide second line support on hardware and software which will include visiting other offices. Our customers’ calls are raised by a number of different communication channels; telephone, email, self-service desk portal and in person. Installation and configuration of hardware and software will be required. You will work on various devices such as desktops, laptops, iOS and Android smart devices and chromebooks, connecting to LAN, WAN and WiFi.

The successful candidate will bring an excellent customer service approach and have experience of triaging, prioritising and managing a number of different work queues ensuring that they are kept up to date and customers are kept informed of progress.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy technical team working with a wide range of technology, applications and operating systems across multiple sites and customer base. This role is a mixture of remote support and hands on.
