WORK COACH (GRAVESHAM)

16 hours per week (working Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work at other times throughout the week)
Starting salary: £18-£20,000 per annum, pro rata
Benefits: Generous 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata)
Location: Gravesham and surrounding areas

About the role
This part-time position is exclusively about supported employment and so needs someone who is experienced in providing appropriate pre-work and in-work support. An important part of the role will include researching and sourcing new work placements.
Your day will start and end in Longfield, providing support throughout the whole working day. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate has their own transport and is happy to travel where needed to meet the start and finish times of any work placements.
The role demands excellent communication skills and an ability to empower and motivate others and support them to learn roles within a variety of workplaces. You will be able to work from own initiative, as well as being able to work well in a team.
