Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week (9am - 5:30pm) Monday - Friday

You will have the pleasure of working within a supportive and friendly company, which has a true team feel and an honest commitment to providing the best service to their customers.

I am seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience, (qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience candidates will be considered). You will have experience of working in a fast paced, high volume purchase ledger role with a strong work ethic and sound communication skills.

Job Responsibilities include:

* Communicate with suppliers and staff regarding our accounts and outstanding invoices
* Maintain an accurate purchase ledger with correct coding and allocations
* Make payment on time, resolve queries and ensure any credits due are issued to us.
* Communicate with suppliers and staff regarding our accounts and outstanding invoices
* Monitor ledger accounts and resolve queries where possible
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Comply with H&S policies and procedures
* Conduct yourself both internally and externally in a professional manner at all times, acting as a good ambassador for the company
* To comply with all policies contained in the Employee Handbook
* To undertake any other reasonable management request
* To be a flexible, supportive and considerate member of the team
