If so, we now have two exciting opportunities for HR Business Partners to progress our HR agenda. We are one of top 30 housing associations with over 20,000 homes across Kent, Essex, Sussex and London and a development pipeline of 1,600 new affordable homes. In addition to our head office in Dartford, we have bases in our communities in Medway, Ashford, Maldon, Crawley and Merton.

Based in Dartford, these are critical roles that will support our managers to deliver practical, people-related solutions and address employee relations issues. They will also help to deliver our People Strategy and co-ordinate recruitment activity for their area.

To apply, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to coach and advise both managers and employees. You will also be an experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations skills; and have awareness of HR business partnering. In addition, you will have experience of managing change processes, HR projects; and performance and appraisal.

Who are we looking for?
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent with excellent written / verbal English and strong numerical skills
• A self-starter who can take the initiative to identify and prioritise areas of work
• Ability to take a solutions-focussed approach to HR issues
• Strong attention to detail
• A good awareness of relevant UK legal employment framework and its practical impact; and the ability to support tribunal processes, where necessary
• Experience of working collaboratively and effectively in a generalist HR capacity, coaching managers on a wide range of HR issues including employee relations
• Awareness of HR Business Partnering
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver formal training on HR related topics
• Appropriate means of transport
