We are currently recruiting for a fantastic local organisation that are seeking to recruit a fluent German speaker to join their business based on the outskirts of Maidstone.
The role will require you to look after all customers, ensuring the sales team accurately meet both the customer and supplier expectations. Continually build and improve relationships with our customers and suppliers (including visits when required).

Duties will include:
*In control of all customer products from the moment they are sold to customers, ensuring that all elements of the customer product has been processed in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines/response times
*Timely collation and sharing of information whilst providing individual and respectful attention
*Checking and sending invoices
*Building and improving your product knowledge, including attending meetings/trips and familiarisation events, when required
*Promotes and demonstrate company
*Deliver an excellent level of customer and supplier service

*Fluent German spoken and written
*Outstanding customer service skills
*Builds positive working relationships that help everyone to achieve their goals and business objectives
