About the Trust

We provide 24-hour support and care for autistic adults. Staff provide physical, emotional, and personal care, as well as domestic services in various settings. Some of those we support also have medical conditions including epilepsy.

We are a non-aversive service who pride ourselves in understanding the complexity and challenges involved in supporting people living with autism.

We seek staff who really value every person whether it\'s the people we support, their families or carers, or other staff by respecting their priorities, needs, abilities and limits. We provide comprehensive training and assessment for new staff, and after that we continue to develop our talent through an ongoing learning and development curriculum.

The logistics of the work we do necessitate transporting the people we support to appointments, activities or days out. Driving is therefore an integral responsibility of many of our jobs.
