East Kent Housing's Compliance & Servicing Team is growing! Our team works across all areas of statutory compliance - electrical safety, mechanical (including gas) safety, water safety, playgrounds, fire safety, asbestos and radon. We now have a number of permanent opportunities to join our team.

As a Compliance Administrator you will provide administrative support to our team of Compliance Managers. You will input data into compliance and servicing monitoring systems to ensure that all compliance-related data is up-to-date and accurate. You will also act as a point of contact for internal colleagues, external contractors and EKH residents and leaseholders, sourcing and providing information as required.

East Kent Housing aims to make sure that everyone has a secure home they can afford. We manage over 17,000 properties for the four councils of East Kent (Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone & Hythe, and Thanet). We are responsible for the inspection, repair and maintenance of residents' homes, the collection of charges and rent, and we support our residents by providing advice services and responding to enquiries and issues affecting them and the communities that we serve. Our residents and our staff are really important to us and we work together to deliver the best service possible.
