We are looking for a Vehicle Data Administrator to join our Data Services team and contribute to our industry leading software platforms.

You will be joining an expanding team of data editors and administrators, working closely with Production teams, Project Managers and Support functions to manage and maintain client and 3rd party datasets.

In the role, you will be responsible for maintaining vehicle data catalogues, managing QA processes, data embellishment processes and data matching in our proprietary NetDirector Vehicle Data Management system.

Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and reporting issues relating to datasets both internally through our workflow systems and externally to affected clients & users. Effective, concise communication is key. Your work must be of a high quality, illustrating impeccable attention to detail and a solid understanding of the structure of the software products in which utilize the datasets you administer.

Candidates must be ambitious and have a long standing and proven commercial experience working with data.

You need to be confident in providing advice and support to internal teams and associated third parties including effective communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

= Update and maintain a centralised vehicle dataset

= Research and report against new vehicle launches and vehicle manufacturer plans

= Maintain embellishments against 3rd party datasets including imagery and business logic

= Maintain cross references between datasets through the software interface

= Manage centralised media library in conjunction with GForces Media Services and Design teams

= Maintain catalogue of vehicle review data

= Maintain catalogue of 360 interior and exterior experiences
