You will be carrying out external repairs and maintenance with in our busy Asset delivery teams.

You'll need previous experience in working in the building industry, carrying out external works including bricklaying, roofing, ground works, fencing, and drainage. We will train you across other external trades, to become a multi-trader.

You'll need:

- Good communication skills
- To be proactive and take initiative
- To be self-motivated
- To enjoy working as a team
- A full clean driving licence

Hours of work:

- Working 39 hours a week with in our service times of 8.00am to 8.00pm
- You'll be working both emergency call out and Saturday's on a rota basis.
