KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Administration support to the HR Department
• Administration support to Learning and Development

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Hospitality including providing refreshments for meetings and training
• Assist in the administration of training courses
• Raise Purchase Orders for invoices as and when required
• Assist inductions
• Provide administrative support on HR management system.
• Process employment contracts
• Administrate staff survey
• Provide references for current and past employees when required
• Ensuring all documents held on file are legal and up to date for purpose
• General filing and archiving
• Other ad hoc duties as required
