The Kenward Trust was recognised as Kent Charity of the Year in 2017 and is a nationally respected service. The Trust has been providing e residential rehabilitation and recovery services for people with substance misuse issues for 50 years. At our Yalding site, we deliver our Kenward Community Programme. This is first stage residential treatment for both men and women. Separate living accommodation but with elements of joint working within the Recovery focused programme and a shared therapeutic community approach.

Candidates must be able to work across a 7 day rota and have the Care Certificate or show willing to work towards achieving one.

This is a demanding but rewarding role and candidates need to be able to work well under pressure, be able to think quickly and use their own initiative. We require strong team players who can build relationships with Residents and embrace diversity
