We are seeking a driven and self-sufficient Cold Forging Supervisor to manage our new manufacturing facility in Rolvenden, Kent.
You will be responsible for running the machines, monitoring production runs and solving any initial technical issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for Health & Safety matters in the manufacturing area on-site and work closely with colleagues internally to drive forward continuous improvement.

You will have an understanding of mechanical systems and experience in using precision measuring equipment. You will also be proficient in IT and communicate with clarity and conviction.
