We have the ideal role for you at Longfield Academy... We have a number of positions available for the role of Lunchtime Supervisor. The working basis is 5 hours per week during term time; Monday - Friday, 1.10pm - 2.10pm. If you enjoy working with young adults and supportive colleagues, this is an great role for you.

The purpose of the Lunchtime Supervisor role is to provide high quality supervision of 11-16 year old students during lunch breaks. Key responsibilities include;
• To supervise a designated area of the academy site, ensuring that children are safe and well behaved
• To assist with supervision in the dining area as required

Our successful candidate will be mature by nature, confident and possess excellent people and communication skills. In particular we are looking for people with the following skills and experience;
• Is able to communicate effectively with children and adults
• Can be assertive and calm in a supervisory role
• Is reliable and punctual
• Is able to work as part of a team under the direction of the Senior Team
