My client, a successfully run organisation based in North Kent, are currently going through a period of growth and expansion. They are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis to be part of their busy finance teams. The key duties will include:

Maintaining the cashbook and reconcile bank statements
Reconciliation of the general ledger accounts
Assisting with production of the P & L and balance sheet
Process weekly BACS payments
VAT
Preparing monthly margins report
Journals
Assisting with other adhoc duties

To be eligible for this role, you must have access to a car as there is limited access via public transport. You must also be able to work as part of a team and work towards tight deadlines. You must be available at short notice.
