Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable and organised ICT Support Coordinator for our Corporate Services office in Brasted, near Sevenoaks in Kent. As an ICT Support Coordinator and you will be providing vital support for IT services aimed at helping young people lead more fulfilling lives.

If you are looking for a varied role, in a small, fun IT team, this is the right job for you. Each day is different and we get to work all manner of IT hardware and software. This role can be challenging so you will need to bring your A game and enthusiasm for all things IT.

As ICT Support Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating IT support services across Catch22, ensuring that staff at all levels receive the appropriate support either by giving advice over the phone or requesting service from our outsource partners.
Providing 1st level support for IT infrastructure in the Brasted office.
Purchasing and coordinating the installation of IT software and equipment to over 150 premises across the country
Configuring mobile devices in line with corporate security standards.
Administering system accounts and services for new starters or leavers.

Qualifications
Although a degree is not essential, the role might suit a graduate looking for a first or second role within the IT Industry. Above all, candidates need to have an aptitude for IT Systems, Software and Infrastructure with a keenness to learn and an enthusiasm to match. Strong planning & organisational skills are essential. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities are also key to the role.

Essential requirements:

Educated to at least A level standard or in possession of a relevant ICT related qualification or similar.

At least 2 years experience of working in an ICT support environment with particular knowledge and experience of:

Microsoft office, operating system and enterprise system
Purchasing process for ICT hardware and software
Advising on, developing, implementing and monitoring ICT technical standards
Technical helpdesk processes and environment
Configuring networks, servers and user devices.
Awareness of technology developments and potential organisational applications.
Identifying and implementing technical solutions for ICT and organisational problems.
Some knowledge or expiriance with education IT systems and support benificial.
Ability to communicate technical information in a jargon-free way.

Ability to problem solve in a logical way, identifying underlying causes and potential solutions.

Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 depending on experience
