Pathways to Independence is a registered charity providing supported housing services to homeless single adults, including ex-offenders, across Kent and Medway.

We have several accommodation services in the Medway area and this is an opportunity to join a small but effective team in providing practical and personal support and guidance to clients during the period of their stay to enable them to become more resilient and to live independent lives.

The candidate will committed to developing this service within PIE principles and with a trauma informed approach. Experience of working with people with criminal convictions is desirable.
