DEMELZA PROVIDES SPECIALIST CARE AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TERMINAL CONDITIONS AND THEIR LOVED ONES, ACROSS KENT, EAST SUSSEX AND SOUTH EAST LONDON.

MONEY RAISED THROUGH OUR RETAIL OUTLETS HELPS US TO BE THERE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WHEN THEY NEED US MOST.

We seek an innovative and highly motivated individual who can develop our retail portfolio and motivate, inspire and develop our fantastic teams of dedicated staff and volunteers.

You will have excellent communication and people skills, with a track record of being resourceful and solution focussed. You will have demonstrable experience of the retail sector and be able to compile, communicate and deliver a detailed project plan that will span the retail teams, including but not limited to opening new retail outlets.

This role requires travel throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex so a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. Hours will need to be worked flexibly over 6 days and will include weekend working.
