We're recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator and are looking for exceptional people to apply.
Based at our office in Morden, Surrey, you'll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Housing Team.
You'll be required to maintain relevant records, action gas safety processes, liaise with contractors, raise Purchase Orders and advise utility companies of any changes in resident details as required. We'll look to you to maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations, maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections.
Your other responsibilities will include:
* Organising and processing mutual exchanges
* Processing Neighbourhood Warden daily reports
* Participating in initiatives relating to housing management patches
* Assisting in arrangements for local community and resident involvement meetings and events
* Producing routine letters, reports and other documents from standard templates
You'll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You'll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.
