Basic Salary: £25,000 guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months

On Target Earnings: £40,000+ (first year earnings)

Location: Medway City Estate

Work Pattern: 5 days per week (1Saturday off per month) Monday 08.30-7.00pm, Tuesday 08.30-5.30pm ,Wednesday 08.30 -7.00pm, Thursday 08.30 – 5.30pm, Friday 08.30 – 5.30pm, Saturday 08.30 -5.00pm

We are looking for excellent sales people who we can sponsor and train to attain the professionally recognised mortgage qualification, CeMAP. During the first 3 months of your career, we will support and develop your skills and guarantee you a good salary while you are doing it.

We run a highly successful centralised sales team based on the Medway City Estate that once qualified you will become an integral part of.

Duties will include:

•Providing a premium brand level of customer service at all times
•Seeking the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers
•Identifying and initiating leads from other sources.
•Selling associated insurance products from Legal & General
•Meeting and exceeding targets
