We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Head Chef to lead and teach our kitchen team within an exciting pub brand. We are an independent, family run business, serving freshly made, delicious food.

Main duties will involve:
Creating new and exciting dishes for our weekly specials
Ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction through the quality of the food
Developing the menu and adhering to high standards of preparation, delivery and presentation of food
Maintain food hygiene standards & Health and Safety legislation at all times
Completing paperwork to EHO standards
Maintaining agreed GP

The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in a busy kitchen environment
Have excellent cooking skills and product knowledge
Be able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Be driven with a positive attitude to work.
Be passionate about food

Immediate start is available and salary will be dependent upon age and experience.
