Our Collections team have a fantastic opportunity for an efficient, accurate and self-motivated person to join as an Administration Assistant.
What does the role involve?
• You’ll be dealing with incoming post, preparing and scanning it into the documation system
• Ensuring documents are identified and routed accurately to the correct teams for processing
• Identifying any potential complaint letters and fast tracking these to the Customer Relations team
• Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks as required
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience of working in an administrative support role e.g. filing, photocopying, scanning.
• The ability to organise your own workload to achieve the necessary deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and able to process work quickly and efficiently
• The confidence to identify and highlight issues as and when they arise
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Patient and able to stay motivated and focused when dealing with a repetitive task
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the will to support others
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing work requirements
