Location: Maidstone but involves travelling across Kent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,690 gross per annum
Contract: Fixed Term until 2021

The role: You’ll be part of a new service working across Kent to provide LGBT+ young people with safe spaces to meet and socialise. You’ll help young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to be active members of the group and their local community, as well as providing the support, understanding or information they may not be able to access at home or at school.

What you need: A keen interest in building strong LGBT+ communities and relevant experience in designing, promoting and managing youth group programmes. You’ll have a commitment to enhancing and sustaining the health and wellbeing of LGBT+ young people and the energy and enthusiasm to help us drive this service forward to deliver positive change.
