You will have a proven track record of operating at BRANCH MANAGER level and be looking to maximise your earnings.

Key Skills:

Currently running a successful sales team with a proven track record
Experienced in driving business levels forward, canvassing, mortgage appointments, sales and listings.
Able to lead motivate, manage and lead by example.
Setting targets, both for the office and individual members of staff
Good knowledge of the local area

You will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with a good understanding of the property industry.
