Support Workers / Health Care Assistants

We are currently seeking Support Workers / Health Care Assistants for our client's care home in Gillingham and Medway areas.They provide support for the elderly.


Pay: Earn from £8.25ph up to £13.00ph with Day & Night shifts available.

Day shift - 08:00 to 20:00
Night shift - 20:00 to 08:00

Job Description:

To provide a high quality of care to adults in accordance with the homes guidelines and procedures
To be able to provide/support personal care for adults
To provide care which focuses on the needs of the individual
Promoting independence and choice
Follow individual care plans and ensure all client needs are met
Assist with day to day activities within the home requirements

You must have at least 6 months UK care experience
At least 5 years checkable work history and references
NVQ 2 or 3 qualified or have the relevant Care Certificate
You must be willing to complete a new advanced DBS if not on the On-line DBS update service
Must have or be willing to complete Mandatory training
