We are currently working with a leading manufacturer of bespoke products based in Staplehurst. Due to ongoing growth and success, they are currently seeking an Import/Export Administrator to join their established team on a part-time basis (3 days a week). The role will involve assisting a small, close-knit team with all aspects of the shipping and dispatch function, along with other adminis rative duties. To be considered for this role you will need to possess the ability to work within a small team, be numerate, have excellent attention to detail and be adaptable to helping colleagues as and when needed. Responsibilities will include: To support the Import/Export Manager in daily shipping activities Assist with arranging carriers to ship goods & materials, working with suppliers to obtain the best prices Assist with all necessary shipping paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists & labels.
