We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives for a prestigious manufacturer based in the Medway Towns. This is a temporary position however there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates, subject to performance, timekeeping and attitude You must be self motivated, a good communicator and you should be well organised as you will be operating and minding the machines and associated equipment in this fast paced environment. Training will be given however previous experience working within a manufacturing/factory environment is advantageous. The successful candidate will be trained on a day shift for approximately 1 week and then moved to a continental shift pattern - this will be a combination of days and nights over a seven day rota, 12 hour shifts, 4 shifts on and 4 days off. Hours of work are 06:00 - 18:00, 2 days and 18:00 - 06:00 for 2 nights and 4 days off. Overtime is also offered at an enhanced rate. A great opportunity has arisen for a Planner/ Sales Administrator to work on a full-time permanent basis within a long-established manufacturing company located in Medway Towns. You will be dealing with the production planning/ sales administration on a daily basis reporting directly to the Programmer Manager. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in programme management in a speciali t industry. You will be IT literate with a high level of data accuracy and have previous administration experience. Your Duties will include the following: * Receipt of new customer orders and process in accordance with the company contract review procedure * Load sales orders on to the company MRP planning system * Raise and issue pro-forma invoices when required * Update customer schedules / order book reports * Daily scanning of all invoices / certificates of conformity, and email or upload to customer web-based portals * Communication with customers via, email, Teams, GMeet, telephone and on-site visits * Update daily production output charts to measure throughput
