Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a permanent LGV Tanker Driver for a well established multi-national company in Grays. This can be a physically demanding role and, for insurance purposes, successful applicants will need to hold a Class 2 licence (ideally with no points), and have check-able experience driving a class 2 vehicle, specifically a minimum of 60 days driving a similar ve icle within the last 180 days. The purpose of this role is to perform commercial and domestic fuel deliveries using either a Rigid or Articulated tanker. Our established client in East Tilbury are looking for Handballing/Unloading Operatives to empty containers. This is a temporary position however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate, subject to performance, time keeping and attitude. This is on an Ad Hoc basis and duties will include unloading containers of heavy material, sorting, stacking and putti g away in the warehouse. This role will involve lots of heavy lifting. Experience in unloading is not necessary but would be advantageous. Hours of work are generally 9:00am to 5:00pm but finish time can vary depending on the number of containers. A long established manufacturing company in Medway Towns are looking to recruit a Final Inspection Factory Operative to carry out the inspection and quality control of their manufactured castings on a permanent basis. You will be working in the Final Inspection Department and the role is an integral one, offering certified training for inspection. Your duties will include: * Performing perational performance tests and calibrations using techniques specified * Understanding and applying proper cleaning and any other necessary preparation of the parts before and / or after inspection. * Proficiently setting up test pieces and conducting the required test of the part or assembly in accordance with specific procedures. * Conducting pre-use checks on all equipment. * Meeting production output targets - daily and monthly. * Performing the relevant plant maintenance and checks * Recording data needed on the Inspection Log and Job Card.
